  • Schools and universities
  • Shopping centers and malls
  • Government offices
  • Cinemas and theaters

Fines and Penalties

Violator (Smoker):

Fine from 200 to 500 EGP

Place Owner:

Fine from 500 to 1000 EGP for not preventing smoking

Citizens can report smoking violations in public places through:

  • Digital Government app
  • Local police
